WHAT WE BELIEVE AND WHAT WE DO

The essence of what we do is help (the) organizations face the myriad of challenges inherent in selecting and implementing software systems, as well as help them devise strategies to build the most effective, empowered and contented workforces.

Often, in our experience, the confluence of technology, new strategies, systems designed to help people work more effectively, and the people themselves, fails to improve conditions. Instead, we find chaos, additional work, and misunderstood priorities.

We can help you prevent that from happening, and we can help you move out of the chaos (if that's where you find yourself right now.) We understand the complex issues involved in IT systems for Human Resources, Health Care, Finance, and Workforce Administration. Not just from the I.T. perspective-from the viewpoint of overall business operations, as well.

Our technology and business expertise may be cutting edge, but our values are old-fashioned. The essence of a consulting relationship is trust. We are honest, and we hope to add genuine value to our clients' organizations. We work very hard to make sure that we do not merely meet our clients' expectations, but exceed them.

Our founder, Rick Stenquist, and many of our consultants come from "Big 5" accounting firm backgrounds such as KPMG, Price Waterhouse Coopers, Deloitte and Touche, etc. This gives us a distinct advantage because we have worked with some of the world's largest and most impressive organizations, using "best in class" practices and methods. Our people are battle-hardened veterans, not recent graduates.

We know how to deliver outstanding service to our clients on time and on budget. Our prices are reasonable because we have very low overhead, we know that our people can get the work done quickly, and that they can stay constantly busy. Consequently, we price our services very competitively.
